Kathryn Gilmore is (she/her) is a lifelong human and lover of movement. Kat aims to create an environment in her classes that encourages strength from a humble & playful place. With a background in contemporary pilates and an overall enthusiasm for dance, Kat hopes to create a space where we can explore sensations through breath connection, rhythm and articulated movement. She encourages us all to remember that we are alive in our bodies and to embrace the joy, the messiness and the unexpected and that every moment, everyday, and every class has the potential to feel just a little bit different.
